Approve what waits
What waits for approval
Section titled “What waits for approval”| What | Why it waits |
|---|---|
| An order | It goes over the shop’s credit limit and your company lets such orders wait, or it carries a discount above the rep’s allowance. |
| A return | It’s over the return limit your company set. |
| A new shop | A rep proposed it from the street. |
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Approvals are in Decisions › Approvals in the console. Each card says why it waits.
- Approving moves nothing by itself. An approved booked order still has to be confirmed and delivered by the office; that’s when stock leaves and the invoice is issued.
- The person who took an order can’t approve it.
- Reps aren’t notified on the phone straight away — they see the decision the next time the phone syncs.
