What's new

What changed in the console and the phone app, newest first. Changes your ERP’s developers need are in the developer changelog.

The help center and the developer docs. This site: how to run the Slflo day for the office, supervisors, administrators and reps, in English and Arabic, with a day at Nile Fresh told with real numbers; and, for your ERP’s developers, the integration API with its reference and samples. Start at Understand the Slflo day or Look up an error message.

Salflo is now Slflo. The console, the phone app, the website and the messages all use the new name, and the web addresses moved to slflo.com — the console is at app.slflo.com. Your accounts, data and company code didn’t change.

Connect your ERP. An administrator creates an integration on Setup › Settings › Integrations: what it may do, which addresses may call, and a token shown once. Tokens run for a year; the bell warns when one is running out, and a second token can be made before the first is revoked. With it your ERP can send customers, branches, products, prices and balances by its own codes, and read orders, invoices, receipts and credit notes in order (Connect your ERP with a token). If Slflo switches your company to wait for its ERP, booked orders go to the ERP instead of being delivered in the console (See what changes when your company waits for its ERP).

For administrators

For the office and supervisors

  • Supervisors see the receivables, receipts, customers and stock of the reps they reach, and no others.
  • End of day shows each rep’s visits and returns, and splits invoicing into van sales and deliveries — also on days already signed off (Close a rep’s day).
  • Movements shows what moved behind each stock figure (See what is where).
  • The order page shows the total with VAT next to the total before VAT; the dashboard and targets count order value with VAT (The numbers don’t match).
  • Tables fit a phone’s width.

On the phone

  • A provisional invoice shows its VAT.
  • Order lines are in units (cartons or pieces), and a quantity can be typed.
  • Refusals at sign-in — locked, suspended, no free phone slot — are in words, in Arabic too.
  • Ending a day the office already signed off is refused with a clear message.
  • The company code doesn’t care about capitals.
  • With Block for check-ins outside the radius, a check-in with no location reading, or at a shop with no pin, asks the rep for a reason; the office sees the visit as No location on Visits, in Needs you and in the bell (I can’t check in).
  • When your company records the start and end of the day, the first check-in starts the day (Start your day).
  • The console’s Money menu is in two groups: Documents and Collecting.
  • The phone’s van load check has a new look, with Refuse in amber (Check your van load).
