See where the reps are
A map of the round: where each rep is now, the path they took, and the shops they checked in at. It only reads. Who: supervisor · Where in the cycle: Visit.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- See reports (REPORT_VIEW) opens Field › Where the reps are, for the reps your reach covers.
- What the map can show depends on the company’s location rule in field rules:
- Under the live rule the rep’s phone asks to share location when they start the day. A rep who says “Not now” shares nothing.
- Open Field › Where the reps are. Today opens on Now; a past day opens on its paths.
- Read the Reps list beside the map. The quiet ones are at the top:
- Sharing — “At Nile Market since 09:32”, or “Near … · last seen …”;
- No location for N minutes — nothing has arrived for over 15 minutes;
- Location sharing is off, with why (“Said “Not now” on the phone”, “Android refused the location”…);
- Ended 18:05, Day not ended (a past day), Day not started.
- Click a rep’s card or dot to see their path; the map fits to it.
- Switch to Today’s paths to see every rep’s path at once.
- To review another day, change the Day field.

Amber pins are visits outside the fence or flagged. Today’s view refreshes every minute.
Example
Section titled “Example”Nile Fresh uses the live rule. At about 11:00 on the day, Omar’s card is in the Sharing colour of the legend and reads “At Delta Kiosk since …” and “2 of 4 visited · started 08:40”. His path runs past Nile Market to Delta Kiosk, with a pin at each visit. At 18:05 he ends his day on the phone: his dot disappears, his card reads “Ended 18:05” and “2 of 4 visited”, and his path stays on the map.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- Nothing changes from here. The phone sends a point about every five minutes while the day is started; points are kept for 90 days.
- If a rep is quiet, call them: a basement, a phone with no signal or the app swiped away are the usual reasons.
If something goes wrong

Some visit pins are missing | A visit with no location has no pin, and a day with more than 200 visits shows only the first 200. |
