Load the van
Loading is done by someone in the office with stock rights (Move stock or Count stock in their role) — the storekeeper’s job, though Slflo has no separate storekeeper role. The rep then checks the load on the phone.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Goods in. New stock is counted into the warehouse from Stock › Move stock › Goods came in. The number in Delivery note is the one on your supplier’s paper, typed in; Slflo doesn’t number it.
- Load a van. The office moves stock from a warehouse to the van from Stock › Move stock ›
Load a van. This creates a van load numbered
LD-and moves the stock at once: the warehouse goes down, the van goes up. - The rep checks it. On the phone, Check your van load shows what was loaded. The rep accepts it, or refuses it if the count is wrong. If your company asks reps to accept the load first, van sales stay closed until they do.
