Visit a shop

A visit starts when the rep checks in at the shop and ends when they check out. The phone records how far the rep was from the shop’s pin.

  • Each shop has a pin and a check-in radius (150 m unless set otherwise).
  • Outside the radius, depending on your company’s rules, the check-in is refused, or allowed with a reason that the office sees: the phone says Away from the shop, the console Outside the fence.
  • On a strict-order route, a stop opens only after the one before it is visited or skipped (Skip this stop).
  • Visiting a shop that isn’t on today’s route (Not on today’s route) asks the rep for a reason.
  • A check-in with no location (no GPS fix) is kept and flagged No location for the office.
  • The office sees every visit, how far away it was, and any reason given.
