At 18:10 his supervisor signs the day off in the office (Close a rep’s day).

  • Your stops not visited are marked Skipped; an open visit is closed.
  • The office sees the day’s end, your visits, van sales and returns on End of day.
  • Money is not counted here. End day sends no cash figure: you hand the cash and cheques to the office, and they count them there (Bank a rep’s cash).
  • After End day you can still check in — the phone asks Your day is ended first. Once the supervisor has signed the day off, anything later counts on your next day.
  • A day you never end is closed by the system overnight: open visits are closed and unvisited stops skipped.
