See what is on your van
Look at the Van tab before you promise a shop anything. Who: rep who sells from a van · Where in the cycle: Load.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- You sell from a van, and the office has loaded it (Check your van load).
- The phone has synced since the load. Pull down on the Van tab in signal.
What the Van tab shows
Section titled “What the Van tab shows”- A van load is waiting, when a load needs your check — the same banner as on Today.
- A search box (name or code).
- N products on the van and, in amber, N with expired stock held back.
- For each product: its name and code, and the quantity you can sell, in pieces. Expired stock is shown as N expired and is not counted in what you can sell.
- Your own sales and returns count at once, even before they are sent: a van sale comes off as you save it, and goods you take back to sell again are added back. It is the same figure the New order screen sells from.
- For a product tracked by batch, each batch: its lot code (or untracked), the life left — no expiry, last day, 12d left, expired 3d ago — and its quantity. A batch with 14 days or less turns amber; an expired one is struck through.

- What you can sell
- Expired stock is held back, not sold
Pull down to sync and fetch what the warehouse says is on the van.
Example
Section titled “Example”On the Nile Fresh day, after Omar accepts LD-000001 the Van tab shows Juice 1L 50 and Water 6-pack 40. He sells at Nile Market with no signal: the Van tab shows 40 and 36 as soon as he saves the sale. He takes back two Water 6-packs to sell again: Water 38. When the phone syncs, the figures stay the same — the sale and the return are now in the office’s records, and each is counted once.
What happens next
Section titled “What happens next”- The figure is built from what the office’s records say about your van — loads, van sales, returns put back on the van, and counts — plus your sales and returns not sent yet. A load you refuse is taken off at once.
- Goods taken back as damaged or expired go to quarantine, not onto what you can sell. If the office holds a return for a supervisor’s approval, it isn’t counted until it is approved.
- Expired goods stay listed but can’t be sold. Bringing goods back to the warehouse is an unload the office records.
