Glossary

The console and the phone sometimes use different words for the same thing. This list gives both, with the Arabic each app shows, and links each word to the page that explains it. Where the apps differ, the help center uses the word of the screen you’re looking at: customer in the console, shop on the phone. Each word has its own address, to send to someone: the word in lower case with dashes after #, such as /help/glossary/#van-sale.

“—” means the app doesn’t use the word.

People and places

Customer · Outlet · Shop المحلات العملاء · المنافذ One trading account. The console’s pages say customer, its menu Outlets; the phone says shop. Add or change a customer
Branch · Main branch فرع الفرع · رئيسي A place a rep visits, with its pin. Every customer has a Main branch. Manage a customer’s branches

Routes and the day

Strict · Suggested order ترتيب إلزامي صارم · مقترح Whether stops open only in order. Choose how reps work on the road
Check in · Check out تسجيل الوصول · تسجيل المغادرة — Start and end a visit at a shop — not sign in (تسجيل الدخول). Check in at a shop
Check-in radius — نطاق تسجيل الوصول The distance around a shop’s pin; 150 m unless set otherwise. I can’t check in
Away from the shop · Outside the fence بعيد عن المحل خارج النطاق Checked in beyond the radius, with a reason. Check in 400 m from a shop
No location بدون موقع بدون موقع The phone had no location reading, or the shop has no pin. Check the day’s visits
Not on today’s route ليس على خط سير اليوم — A visit to a shop that isn’t due today. Check in at a shop

Invoice · Provisional invoice · Tax invoice فاتورة · فاتورة مبدئية الفواتير · فاتورة ضريبية INV-. The phone shows it as provisional until it syncs. Find and reprint an invoice

Setup and control

Blocked (on hold) — موقوف No new orders; visits, payments and returns continue. My sale or order was refused
Exceptions — الاستثناءات Permission changes for one person. Give one person an exception
Audit — سجل التغييرات Who changed what, and when. The permission says سجل التدقيق. Read the audit trail
ERP · Integration token — نظام ERP · رمز ربط Your accounting system, and its key to Slflo. Connect your ERP with a token
Events — الأحداث The administrator’s screen of what the phones sent and what the background jobs did. What did the phones send?

The phone and sync

Not accepted by the office لم يقبلها المكتب — Work the office refused, with the reason. Fix work the office did not accept
