Sell: a van sale or a booked order
There are two ways to sell. A rep who sells from a van makes van sales; a rep without one books orders (booked orders).

How it works
Section titled “How it works”- Prices come from the shop’s price list; VAT is added on top (or included, if your company sets prices that way). Promotions apply automatically.
- Before an order is taken, Slflo compares it — with VAT — to the shop’s credit left (credit limit minus what it owes minus its open orders). Over the limit, the order is blocked, allowed, or waits for approval, as your company decides. The phone shows this figure as Credit left.
- The shopkeeper gets the invoice as a PDF shared from the phone (by WhatsApp, for example). The phone doesn’t print.
- A booked order is delivered by the office from a warehouse (
DEL-), which issues the invoice.
In the Nile Fresh day
Section titled “In the Nile Fresh day”10 Juice 1L at 100.00 and 4 Water 6-pack at 50.00 from the van. The invoice is issued at once and the van drops by what was sold.
